This privacy policy applies to the OceLott app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Paper Moon Studios LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Outside of third party advertising, the Application does not obtain any information when you download and use it. Registration is not required to use the Application.
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The application may collect some information solely for the purpose of serving tailored advertisements to you through IronSource and LevelPlay respectively. Their privacy policies can be found below.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
The application is not designed for persons under the age of 18. Children and teens are not permitted to use the app and the service provider does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18 please do not use this app or send any information about yourself to the service provider, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. In the event that the service provider has inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of 18, the service provider will delete that information as quickly as possible.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The service provider does not collect or store your information, however for the purposes of serving advertisements, third parties may collect and store your information. How your data is secured will be outlined in these third parties privacy policies respectively listed in the previous 'Third Parties' section of this policy.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. This Privacy Policy is not intended to and does not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.
